Technical Operations Manager & Strategist (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager & Strategist to assist with the organization and oversight of the daily operations of our growing ecommerce company. You will ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures, running projects and coaching team members. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide ranging and exciting for the right candidate!
Leading operations to ensure KPI targets are met
Planning and implementing strategy
Monitoring resources; partnering with training, recruiting and HR
Designing continuous improvements of processes
Setting and reviewing quality performance standards
Proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (customer service, inventory, supply chain)
Skilled with data analysis and KPIs
