Job Summary
The Supply Planner is responsible for planning, monitoring, and scheduling supply chain activities and resources required for existing and planned products and services. This team member optimizes capacity and inventory levels with demand, both aggregate and detailed, to support targets consistent with customer service levels, lead times, inventory targets, and capacity utilization/staffing requirements. Plans include production and procurement of direct materials, revenue generating products, and all other customer demand that consumes resources, including machine and labor resources and materials. This role is also responsible for calculating and optimizing the end-to-end global Supply Plan from sourcing to operations to distribution, to achieve the optimal cost, cash, and customer service targets. Responsible for end-to-end planning, this role will include analytical aspects of Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Production and Procurement Planning. This role will ensure that detailed supply planning and execution targets and tolerances are maintained in the Supply Planning functional areas in addition to balancing resource capabilities to support delivery of products with forecasted demand and all necessary technology capabilities required to support business needs.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Create monthly Supply Review package as a part of the Executive IBP Process
Attend and support other monthly IP Reviews as a representing member of the supply chain team
Develop valid, minimum 24-month rolling aggregate and detailed supply plans for finished goods and component elements of products
Communicate 24 mo. Supply Plans, highlight gaps, mitigation plans and actions to solve demand
Support development of the 24 mo. Inventory Plan and forecasting process
Calculate optimal inventory levels (Raw, FG) at various points in the supply chain
Support the digital transformation by identifying opportunities for process automation Monitor performance of end-to-end planning systems to streamline operations
Calculate the needed necessary, long-term resources (4-24+ mo.) to meet customer demand
Continuously identify processes to optimize costs while maintaining efficient product supply
Education and Minimum Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline

The range for this position is$59,700.00to$134,100.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicants experience and geographic location.
