Responsibilities for this Supply Chain Coordinator position include but are not limited to:
Under the North America supply chain head, Act as a liaison between the company and its third-party logistics service providers (3PL), ensuring data consistency between the company ERP system (SAP) where supply orders are placed, and the 3PL’s warehouse from where the company’s customers are served.
The role consists in acting as a coordinator to make up for the absence of synchronization between the company’s ERP system and the 3PL Distribution Warehousing Management Systems (DWMS).
The position will also support the daily operations of the North American Supply Chain team (3 people).
Sales Administration & Customer Service tasks include:
Uploads daily in the company’s system (SAP) all the data provided by the 3PL regarding the recent stock movements
Extracts from SAP daily all the information regarding upcoming shipments to and from the warehouse
Informs the 3PL of all the incoming shipments (inbounds), providing the supporting documentation (ex: Safety Data Sheets)
Coordinates with the 3PL the customers shipments, providing the supporting documentation to the 3PLS freight forwarder (ex: delivery notes)
Communicates daily with the 3PL to ensure timely processing of goods between point of entries in the US, the warehouse, and the end-customers
Ensure the company’s ERP system (SAP) and the 3PL DWMS are reconciled
Support the design and testing of the interface between
Create and modify site purchase orders and customer sales orders in SAP according to forecast
Maintain SAP data management for new and existing customer orders
Release orders for shipment to Distribution Center according to requested delivery date and/or product availability
Managing any needed trouble shooting, urgencies, and priorities throughout flow
Identify and communicate regarding deliveries/products at risk to the Supply Chain, Sales and Finance team
Interact with customs broker to ensure timely product release
Participate in WoW (Ways of Working) improvements between Local teams and the 3PL
KPI monitoring and development to improve department deliverables and become best in class for Supply Chain
Contribute to update and maintain department operating procedures
Qualifications for this Supply Chain Coordinator position:
Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred) with 3+ years’ work experience
Previous SAP experience a must
Must be able to work autonomously under little supervision
Experience with international trading of goods a plus
French speaking a plus
Bilingual , French , Manufacturing , Operations
