DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking passionate and experienced individuals who can provide world class service to fashion customers. An ideal candidate will excel in customer communication, multitasking, and an ever-adapting business. Candidates should be highly motivated and independent.

This team’s operating hours are 5am-10pm PST, 7 days a week, and are subject to change. Candidates must have the flexibility to work a variety of shift tasks including nights/weekends/holidays.

This is a virtual remote position hiring for employees located in Seattle WA, Phoenix AZ , Atlanta GA, Dallas & Houston TX, Charlotte NC, Columbus OH Only

Review a daily queue of products

Possess flexibility to quickly adapt to business needs / changes

Execute tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of quality and judgement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Fashion or retail education or work experience

Proficiency in Excel

Composed, poised, and professional demeanor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years experience in any of the following fields: personal shopping, retail sales, merchandising, customer service, data entry

Bachelor’s or Associate degree, preferably in fashion-related major
