We are growing over here at mParticle and growth means transformation.We are looking for a Senior People Manager to advise, drive strategy, influence key priorities while partnering with client groups on issues involving, but not limited to, People Strategy, Equality, Organizational Design & Development, Change leadership, Engagement and Retention, Leadership Training, and Orchestrate Solutions. You will analyze data and trends on ER and performance management, in order to provide input to the business strategy with the relevant HR Business Partner to prevent the recurrence of known issues. Advise on career conversations, Development Plans/Career Growth Plans and other development initiatives. This role will partner closely with peers and leaders on the People team to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organization; therefore, you will lead projects; define project plans; manage stakeholders, scope, schedules and expectations. The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact in several critical business areas in the function; excels in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; can work in the gray areas, and is looking to play a role in transforming the organization into a growth mindset with a culture of learning and high performance.
What you’ll be doing:
Coach, train and advise leaders and managers on all things people-related, such as our compensation philosophy, performance management, talent management, employee relations, career development, and internal mobility
Act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through the application of clear HR policies and systems, and offering support through all phases of the employee lifecycle
Partner with key stakeholders to enable the success of new and experienced managers by leveraging and delivering training content and creating individual development plans for employees based on skills and gap analysis and emerging business needs
Manage timelines for plan roll out of various trainings by ensuring on-time delivery of program
Develop and facilitate training programs to all levels covering specified areas such as manager essentials, on-the-job training, upskilling, refresher training, etc.
Evaluate software and hardware tools, assist in the selection and installment of tools, provide recommendations on the most effective learning solution.
