Accounting Principals has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant.This is a contract to hire opportunity with a growing CPA firm in the dentistry industry. This opportunity offers stability and a chance to grow in a 100% virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile tax accounts and posting to general ledger

Preparing journal entries and performing monthly bank reconciliations

Prepare annual corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns ? federal and state

Prepare consolidated financial statements

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting is preferred

Worked a minimum of 2 tax seasons with corporate tax

Knowledge of UltraTax is preferred

Knowledge of QuickBooks is required

Must have advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)

Excellent verbal and written communication
