Title:Software Engineer III

Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, product owners, and IT professionals to develop, lead and implement new features, changes and enhancements to existing complex software applications in accordance with written specifications.
Lead and mentor junior developers of the team
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, WebForms and ASP.NET
Strong knowledge of web services (ASMX and WCF).
Participates in Agile planning sessions, working closely with business analysts and lead the team members to analyze requirements and provides design recommendations for complex systems.
Designs and develops new software or makes modifications to existing complex software applications in accordance with written specifications.
Develops software using disciplined processes, adhering to industry standards and best practices, including complete ease with agile development methods throughout the SDLC.
Shares knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members within area of expertise.
Takes part in reviews of work, e.g. design and code reviews.
Supports enterprise level software infrastructure for external clients.
Works with technical staff to analyze and understand problems with complex software systems and resolve them.
Resolves customer complaints and respond with suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

Bachelor’s degreein Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering, or Computer/Information Sciences. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
Seven (7) years’ experienceincluding knowledge of Microsoft .NET certifications (MCP, MCSD, or MCAD) preferred.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
Hands on experience with C#, NET Framework, ASP.NET, WebForms, WCF and .NET Web Services
Knowledge of OOAD and multi-tier architectures, including MVC/MVP/MVVM design patterns.
Working experience with database schema design, stored procedures and SQL scripts. using Oracle and PL/SQL
Working experience of Unit, Integration, and Performance testing
.NET third party user and custom controls
Experience with source code control systems, merging, versioning, release and deployment (TFS preferred)
Agile software process
