Senior Director Solutions Delivery
This position is a remote role but the candidate must be in the greater Atlanta area.

The Senior Director of Solution Delivery will provide leadership and operational management to both the Company’s Global IT and Cloud Services Operations teams. Works closely with executive management to implement enterprise wide business objectives and will be responsible for developing the IT and Cloud strategy that enables those objectives. This is a hands-on position that range from strategic planning and execution to individual training, support and leadership. Sr. Director is responsible for the direction and execution of the company’s long-term technology strategy. Develops and executes revenue and productivity objectives that result in an increase to recurring revenue and profits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field; MS or MBA a plus
8+ years’ experience in an IT and/or operations management role
5+ years’ successful experience leading and managing a technical team
Experience implementing and tracking service level or metrics reporting
Experience developing best practices for production support and governance
Experience overseeing operational management policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue
Previous experience managing P&L
Strong technical knowledge in the management of systems and applications with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technology
Excellent leadership skills; demonstrated accomplishments in exciting, motivating, challenging and successfully leading others
Proven track record of achieving results through people with and without a direct reporting relationship
Proven success driving process, communicating status and reaching agreement among constituents
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work well with all levels of personnel both within and outside of the global organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
Be a Catalyst to bring people together for a common vision
Provides technical leadership and direction to Customers as well as to the Company’s sales, professional services, development and global IT and managed services team members.
Develops technical strategies and standards for managing the Company’s internal and external infrastructure ensuring optimal uptime, security and growth needs are addressed
Lead all Cloud operations globally including managing highly technical engineers across multiple disciplines.
Drives increased recurring revenue and client retention by delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Partners with key stakeholders across the Company including sales, development and services to ensure proper resource allocation in support of revenue growth, streamlined processes to transition sales to service, the growth of recurring revenue and the identification of new revenue opportunities.
Creates and implements standardized processes and methodologies; Continuously evaluates and makes improvements on processes, organization and department
Keeps up to date on global technology regulations including data security
Ensures both internal and external data stored on or transmitted on Kewill’s systems remains protected and secure
