We invite interested Senior Data Architects who have demonstrated experience driving change to join us in supporting the successful operations of our organization.
The Senior Data Architect acts as the architect and leader of internal data projects across multiple teams, groups, functions, and/or market specialties. The projects you work on are critical to the Innovation team’s ability to provide meaningful solutions to our clients, staff, and leaders throughout the firm. You will make a difference and have an impact as you ensure that feedback is gathered, and various perspectives are considered, as your team addresses pain points and creates efficiencies within the organization.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead the design and implementation of the firm’s Data Science projects, including firm-wide data, customer data, and KPI dashboards
Work with the Innovation Team to create data products and data-driven apps
Grow, motivate, and lead a small team of data scientists
Accelerate the way the firm goes to market as a technology-enabled services business by designing internal processes & implementing technology
Engage with senior leaders to shape and prioritize their strategy and data-driven innovation goals to grow and differentiate our firm
Effectively communicate with the Innovation team and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions, and propose new data solutions, products, and services. Serve as a translator when collaborating among groups that do not always share a common language around data science
Key Responsibilities:
Bring a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem-solving, motivated by intellectual curiosity
Conduct guided quantitative and qualitative analysis using tech-enabled tools to form insights
Develop an understanding of professional services, technology, and the broader business environment
Communicate your ideas with poise to stakeholders through effective written and oral communication

Invest in the professional development of yourself and your team members with enthusiasm
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
A minimum of five years of technical data science experience
Advanced Data Science skills, including but not limited to:
Data architecture: schemas, technical trade-offs, optimization, de-normalized data structures
PowerBI, Microsoft Azure & SQL Server
ETL, Data Lake & Data Warehouse
BI & Analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive)
Statistics
Technologies: SQL & optimization
Highly desirable knowledge:
Finance/Accounting
FP&A
Strategic Advisory
