Sonar is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help propel the organizations growth through the development of new partnerships. The SAEs are the kingpins to nurturing relationships necessary to fill our sales funnel with new partnerships. With our two-tiered approach to sales most of your day will be appointments pre-booked from prequalified leads from the BDRs or by leverage of existing relationships to close new business, rather than cold-calling all day to generate new leads. What you’ll do in this role:
Help businesses discover a solution to simplify their operations
Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form, maintaining accurate and timely records in ticketing and call log system.
Attain proficiency in the primary functions and technical workings for Sonar Software including its integrations, API, and webhooks.
Comprehend technical interoperability with all products used in Sonar
Establish trusted advisor relationship with customers and other Sonar sales and support staff.
Ascertain potential customers pain points
Conduct online presentations to a wide audience of decision makers including senior management
Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions in the CRM

Background includes in-depth ISP industry knowledge from prior work experience/s
A problem-solver who genuinely wants to help solve our customers’ challenges and gain satisfaction from their success
What you bring to this role:
Proven sales and business development with 5+ years of experience in sales
Have a professional home office as you will be engaging in some video conference calls
Are self-motivated, goal and detail oriented, persistent and dependable
Experience with direct sales to large enterprise accounts.
Energy, drive, focus and leadership towards employees, customers, partners and prospect
Have strong verbal and written communication skills, especially at the executive level
Have excellent organization and time management skill
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
