Our client, a leading West Coast bank recognized for continually advancing industry standards, is looking for a Temporary Scheduler.This position is remote. We are seeking someone professional and friendly to connect with candidates and schedule interviews. This position does require coordinating with up to 6 recruiters and managing calendar appointments. Someone with prior experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting, or a background in medical scheduling would do well in this role.
This position is a contract role for 2-4 months, with possibility of extension.
FT, standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities for Scheduler:
Schedule interviews: Light coordination with up to 6 recruiters.
Coordinate candidate and hiring team availability.
Ensure information is properly logged into the Applicant Tracking System.
Heavy data entry.
Phone etiquette, confirming and scheduling of appointments / reminders.
Scheduling of MS Teams video calls.
Monitoring of email, responding in a timely manner.
Fill in any down time with working on other tasks or projects.
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Remote office, using provided equipment.
Experience with scheduling for confidential, structured, regulated environment (e.g. recruiting, medical, legal)
Proven recent success at heavy scheduling involving multiple parties.
Technology: Strong MS Office Skills required.
Experience with using enterprise information system (e.g. ERP, Medical Scheduling System, Legal Scheduling System, Applicant Tracking System) to schedule and log.
