What you’ll do in this role:
Participate in the creation and delivery of technical and functional sales presentations that demonstrate the latest Sonar functions and features
Provide technical sales support and build strong technical knowledge of how the system is configured to deliver the maximum benefit for prospective customers
Maintain highest level of technical and market knowledge on current and new products related to ISPs
Jointly work with sales reps to deliver value-driven sales demonstrations of the Sonar solution and articulate the business benefits in implement our software
Understanding the customer’s network architecture overview to prescribe the best implementation process to Sonar
Awareness of competition and respond appropriately with updates to team on potential opportunities and competitive risks
Lead technical responses when presenting Sonar to potential customers
Manage the sales lifecycle of customers (with the help of our CRM tool)
Engage with Customer Success Managers, with a focus of providing professional development and growth opportunities

What you bring to this role:
Significant prior experience working with ISPs, or at an ISP, in a network role.
Strong empathy for customers.
Some knowledge of Linux server administration, querying relational databases
An in-depth knowledge of networking, directly in relation to ISPs. This means you should understand the different provisioning models used by ISPs (PPPoE, DHCP, etc) as well as standard networking concepts (the OSI model, various routing protocols, Layer2 vs Layer3 network concepts, DPI, ARP, VLANs, IPv4, IPv6, etc.)
