We currently have an opening for a Research Specialist. The Research Specialist is responsible for working in collaboration with our client teams to provide a qualified pool of candidates for our Recruiters to contact on behalf of our client’s job openings.
To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of sourcing techniques along with strong communication skills.
Essential Functions of the Job:

Must be able to interpret job descriptions and discern the must have criteria to source qualified candidates.
Must be able to prepare a targeted sourcing strategy, implement the strategy and identify qualified candidates who meet the must haves.
Source candidates by utilizing QHire, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, social media sites and specialty niche sources based on position criteria.
Review online resumes/profiles and visually screen candidates to make sure they meet the position requirements.
Input candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other client systems on a daily basis.
Prepare reports on a weekly basis.
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
Strong experience with LinkedIn, social media and resume databases.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, etc.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and solve problems while maintaining flexibility to handle multiple open positions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from candidates, internal teams, clients and Quintegra leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly business email etiquette.
Have a home office set up .
