Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity for a proactive part-time administrator is available supporting our long-standing client Royal Mail and their permanent recruitment.
The role will be working closely with the AMS Senior Manager driving the value-add activity for the account, along with some of the key governance, tracking and administration to help the team with the support of our partner agencies, to deliver continuous improvements, accurate reporting and demonstrate the KPIs and SLAs has been met or exceeded.
This is a large and complex client with a workforce of 150,000, our core network handles c.16 billion letters and c.1 billion parcels a year, delivering to more than 29 million addresses, 6 days a week.
Our technology, therefore, needs to operate at scale.
As a data-driven business, with the largest PDA estate in the country, our systems need to handle more than 60m scan events and 1.4bn data points per day.
You will be working for a brand that’s a household name and a critical part of the UK’s infrastructure.
The part-time hours would need to be spread across the week M-F ideally
Existing PSL capability surveys and mapping, driving performance led intel on the PSL selector tools.
New supplier onboarding support ? coordination with AMS procurement and supplier management, following up with all parties to manage the process, coordination between AMS and supplier re ?onboarding? queries and client updates.
Tracking cost-savings, any overspend/potential missed saving opportunities
Tracking supplier performance and activity to support six-monthly supplier performance reviews
Supporting production on monthly supplier governance packs for client (roles released, key metrics and ratios on CVs, interviews, time to hire (etc), any out of process activity, new suppliers engaged.
Issue log maintenance.
Support with reviewing data in Excel trackers to extract information to reports
Liaison and coordination with suppliers on ?nonrequisition? linked activity (i.e. aside from BAU / current requisitions).
Back up to existing recruitment coordinator on tracking invoicing & raising Proactis requirements.
Agency supplied candidate retention tracking and any rebates or replacements required.
Skills and Experience
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing workload
Strong MS Office skills, particularly including Excel and PowerPoint
Confident communicator ? both written and verbally
Able to reprioritize work and think on your feet
Proactive and able to work on own initiative
Team player and able to reach out to peers to seek their support and vice versa
Knowledge of the RPO process would be an advantage
Part-Time Schedule, Remote Work
