Title: Sr. Associate – Quote to Order
There are 4 job functions within this team:
Front Door Engagement
Pricing for Services Pricing
Pricing for Strategic Projects
Support receipt of pricing requests from sales teams within North America (US and Canada)
Utilize Salesforce.com for receiving and routing of requests.
Validate the minimum requirements, pause or withdraw for missing information.
Route pricing requests to specified resource queue.
Perform written and verbal communication with multiple parties including sales teams, pricing resources and various levels of management within Avaya.
Adhere to documented policies and processes.
All work will be performed remotely during 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Avaya United States holidays.
Skills and Experience Required
Mastery of the English language. This includes the following:
Verbal Skills: The ability to fully comprehend English verbal conversations, including technical and industry related conversations. The ability to lead and participate in English verbal conversations
Writing Skills: The ability to fully comprehend English written communications, including technical and industry related conversations.
Email communication skills: The ability to lead and participate in English email conversations
Minimum one year experience working as a Tier 1 type customer service representative dealing with end users.
Minimum one year experience working with business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
