Elekta is looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic Engineering team!
As a Product Owner (PO) you will be working closely with Scrum teams and Product Management (PM), and you will be responsible for requirements definition and prioritization of the assigned features.
In this multifaceted role, the PO needs to understand the purpose of the project in a business context. In addition, you will need to be able to balance capability and the quality of the service with performance/cost optimization. Following Agile principles, the PO ensures requirements are documented in Blueprint and translated into Epics and Features in Rally and works with the scrum team to groom User stories.
Working with PM to define the vision for the project, understanding and influencing the project plan.
Creating Use Cases, Business Rules, Non-Functional Requirements and FTR Reviews in Blueprint
Developing a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs and be able to represent those customer’s interests within the Scrum team.
Collaborating closely with the members of the Scrum team on an ongoing basis, providing guidance and direction to the team as needed. The PO will define the ?what’ while allowing the team to define the ?how’.
Understanding the business needs, goals, and requirements in order to ensure the delivery of the overall solution in the form of demonstrations, proof of concepts, and samples for 3rd parties to integrate.

BS in Science or related field required
5+ years of experience in working with customers in the practice management field required
Clinical experience in the practice management area desired
Knowledge of MOSAIQ Medical Oncology Features desired
Knowledge of MOSAIQ practice management features desired
Outstanding all-around communication, analysis, and negotiation skills
Passion to bring products to life, motivate teams, and delight customers
Experience of working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment with self-organizing teams desired
Experience working with global teams and customers
