Producer Ad Agency Photo and Video

United States – Remote – Full-Time

Are you an experienced photo and video producer? Our client is seeking an agency producer to join their team. In this role, you will be a key link in bringing the client’s ideas to the world. You will oversee a photography or video project, from beginning to end, keeping an eye on all the details. You’ll be the go-to for finding great photographers, directors, and production shoot team members, creating estimates, managing bids, planning shoots, attending shoots, negotiating talent/ asset rights and usage, and more. You’re an organized pro when scheduling and creating timelines, and keeping teammates updated on the statuses of timing and budget. If you’re interested, then we want to chat today!

You Will:

Act as a producer for various photography and video projects

Provide cross-departmental collaboration and management of these projects including from initiation through implementation and deployment

Produce and manage multiple concurrent projects, guaranteeing overall quality of work and the project is delivered on time and on budget

Secure quotes and negotiations with broadcast, video, photographers, radio, and talent vendors

Provide overall management of purchasing rights and licensing of all creative assets

Be the communications hub between all agency team members on a photography or video project

Maintain regular status updates on schedule and budget.

Develops, implements, and manages project scoping, planning/scheduling of internal and external resources, estimating, and building project timelines

Conduct vendor/partner research and vetting to ensure they will deliver the highest-quality creative product

Spend time traveling to attend shoots as needed

You Have:

4+ years of experience managing simultaneous video/photography projects in a fast-paced agency or creative services environment

Detail oriented and adept at multi-tasking

Self-motivated and organized

Solution-driven attitude, even against challenging projects/situations

Onsite/Offsite: 100% Remote on roughly ET Hours

Laptop/Program Requirements:Client-Provided Laptop & Software

Team Structure:Reporting to the Creative Director

Salary/Rate: $90,000 – $110,00
