This is a 100% remote opportunity for applicants residing in Texas or Florida.
Schedule:
To support our global operations, the work shift for this position is:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 12pm to 8pm CT
Tuesday 7am to 3pm or Tuesday split shift 7am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm
Experience supporting team members in India is a prerequisite for this role

About the Role:
HighLevel is experiencing tremendous growth and we are excited to be adding a People Operations Business Partner to our team. This position will serve as a liaison between the People Operations department and the business by aligning people management activities with the organizational strategy. This key role will advise global leaders in understanding organizational needs and will collaborate in designing programs that build team morale, engagement, increase productivity and retention. This role will be a trusted advisor to our leadership and report to the Director of People Operations.This role assists our global team members so prior experience supporting team members in India is a must.
What Will You Do?
Apply a deep understanding of business unit functional work and business operations in order to balance people and business priorities.
Collaborate with global business leaders to implement strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention and team development.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct timely, thorough investigations and make recommendations.
Partner and guide managers through challenging conversations including performance plans and terminations.
Coach, advise, counsel and provide candid feedback to People Leaders.
Lead, strategize and project manage specific People Operations verticals (e.g. total rewards, employee relations, employee engagement, training, etc.).
Provide guidance to team members and management on policies, procedures and programs.
Develop and manage change management efforts across the organization.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with People Operations leadership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Participate in all facets of the performance management activities including facilitating performance management training, ensuring all reviews are conducted in a timely manner and recommendations for merit are received.
Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
Drive training needs and identify training solutions to build capability that supports the growing business.
Administer HR policies in compliance of all global countries, federal, state and local legal requirements.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner
5+ years experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility including hands-on experience managing day to day HR administration
Prior experience with the rapid pace of a startup environment
Prior experience supporting a global workforce
Experience supporting team members in India and the Philippines is a prerequisite
Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity
Ability to collaborate to get things done
A sense of urgency, the ability to take initiative and strong accountability is a must
Strong Google sheets/excel proficiency
Previous experience with HR information systems is required
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams
