Cherre is looking for a paralegal to join our team and help provide excellent services on a wide variety of contract governance and LegalOps matters. This role will report directly to our General Counsel, and will work closely with other cross-functional team members, internal clients and VP’s.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming requests for legal review and miscellaneous legal questions and determine the appropriate individual to route requests to based on internal policy.
Review, draft, revise, interpret, and negotiate (under the direction of an attorney) a broad range of agreements, including vendors and customers agreements.
Work with the internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are negotiated and executed in compliance with our contracting policies.
Educate stakeholders on our policies, procedures, and negotiation playbook, and communicate issues concerning contract risks and agreement structure.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Ability to identify legal risks within contracts and present summaries in a clear and compelling manner.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic background preferred.
5+ years of relevant paralegal work with strong preference for experience in the SaaS industry (B2B preferred).
Solid understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g. , intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability) and the ability to translate that understanding into redlines and articulate in negotiations.
Experience with SalesForce and work management software (e.g., Jira, WorkPattern)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and good judgment.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner as well as in a team setting and manage multiple tasks at a time.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in aremote environment.
