(The term customer will denote client, partner, peer, fellow employee, etc.) Manager will:
Respond to requests by customers for consulting and education services. Identify and propose solutions for coding quality review and education service line needs, product development and enhancement.
Develop and maintain account relationships.
Work with scheduling and data support for optimal services outcome.
Communicate between us and the customer to meet service needs.
Monitor quality and service delivery against customer expectations, industry standards and our goals.
Respond in a timely manner to customer and consultant issues and/ or requests remaining engaged until resolution.
Assist in maintaining an accurate account profile and documentation of ongoing customer communications and interactions.
Support Sales efforts by providing technical knowledge/expertise and outline customized service delivery for proposals as needed. Consultant Management
Monitor the performance, quality, and productivity of the consultants.
Provide feedback to consultants along with ongoing mentoring.
Promote through on-going actions and communications the connectivity between coding consultants and our organization.
Participate in interviewing, hiring and ending relationships with consultants, including completion of appropriate documentation.
Plan educational sessions and prepare individual professional development plans for consultants.
Coordinate orientation of new coding consultants. Operations Management
Maintain current policies and procedures for coding quality review and education functions.
Address ongoing data support for successful, secure and efficient delivery of coding quality review and education services, both remote and onsite projects.
Arrange for equipment, software and technical resources to support the work to be accomplished for each customer project or assignment.
Coordinate preparation, review and edit customer reports and compilation of statistical information.
Monitor and correct identified coding compliance issues. Additional Responsibilities
Through collaborative work effort and sharing of available resources support the success of all product lines within coding services.
Participate in corporate strategic planning.

Knowledge of and experience in project management and negotiating strategies
Practiced technical or business writing skills
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
Able to work independently addressing objectives without supervision
