Manager, Clinical Vendor Management

What will you be doing?
Knowledge of vendor capabilities, systems and related processes.
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of success implementing corporate programs/projects.
Proven verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
Inquisitive with strong analytical skills.
Ability to support change.
Ability to provide input, solutions, and recommendations regarding vendor use.
Ability to assist with business case development to aid in the selection of the right vendors
Experience in process management
Experience in change management
Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language required.
6 plus year experience with vendor management within CRO or Healthcare environment preferred
Four plus years of experience in CRO or Healthcare related industry with experience in vendor management.
Experience in or understanding of contract management.
Some experience in managing, training and coaching professional staff.
An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent preferred
