Learning Platform Analyst – Remote
Madison, New Jersey
The Learning Platform Analyst will play a key role in implementing the vision and strategy for all learning platforms across multiple brands. It’s a unique time and opportunity to leverage your technical and creative skills in assisting our transformational change across our learning organization with direct impact.
Management and maintenance of eLearning content objects including the organization, cataloging and deployment of eLearning content objects for client consumption through the Learning Management System and/or other new learning platforms.
Management and maintenance of content objects in internal systems for access by content development teams.
Coordinate testing of all new functionality and content within learning platform. Identify issues and suggest/implement resolutions.
Apply content management, version control and back-up procedures using eLearning technologies and tools.
Publish content updates on course materials in all authoring formats.
Package, load, and validate courses, and troubleshoot issues, making decisions around processes to follow and tools to use given specific course production variables (for example, re-versioning, and expiration).
Maintain process documentation and updates as changes to the process are made.
Support communication to customers of content changes or updates.
Load, validate and manage learner’s registrations, enrollments, and access/permissions.
Create and manage standard and custom reports from the learning platform.
Ensure consistent compliance with operational standards and drive continuous operational performance improvement.
Undergraduate degree required.
Minimum 2 years in learning platform administration and/or HTML/CSS experience required.
Ability to analyze data and metrics on learning technologies evaluating ROI, required.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills with individuals at all levels in business.
Must be able to handle many tasks at once and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Exposure or working knowledge of Course Authoring Tools (Articulate, Captivate) a plus.
Microsoft Office experience, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge highly desired.
Ability to travel as needed (approximately 5%).
This position is 100% remote but will require East Coast hours to be worked.
