The IT Project Coordinator assists with planning, initiation, and management of Direct Radiology Projects. Leads and guides the work of the technical/implementation staff and serves as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plans project stages and ensures timeliness and completion of steps throughout. Monitors progress to ensure deadlines are met.
You are responsible for
Assist with the implementation process to coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status updates frequently to: other DR department managers, DR principles and all client implementation personnel regarding the site implementation progress.
Responsible for managing multiple client projects simultaneously. This role is responsible for scope management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resources.
Responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding process of employees and contracted Radiologists.
Responsible for updating and maintaining relevant IT tickets both in DR and PACS/RIS as related to the implementation process of a new site. This includes following up on issues documented in the daily shift change summaries sent by Rad Support.
Coordination of IT onboarding and offboarding with new clients.
Maintain Paragon data as used for tracking and maintaining all site implementation processes. Assist in development roadmap for Paragon enhancement requests.
Responsible to accurately input client information into our PACS/RIS. All details to be automated and managed from Paragon’s Project Management System and/or something similar as determined with the IT Director.
Coordinate efforts as needed between Direct Radiology Directors and their associated departments.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High School Diploma/GED required. Associates degree/Certifications preferred
3+ years Project Management experience required
Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience with Project Management software
We are flexible on which solution is used in conjunction with in-house software (Paragon)
High level of aptitude and personal development
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment to meet goals and deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to work on a team and be a quick contributor
