In this role, you will manage a team of support service staff, heavily interact with partners across the division as well as engage with our workforce to resolve inquiries in a timely manner, leveraging an innovative services platform (ServiceNow HR Service Delivery).
Effectively lead, handle, and develop staff
Build and implement a strategy and plan for continued improvement to the end user experience;
Maintain and implement operations on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery;
Complete both functional HR support and supervisory duties which may include communicating with clients, troubleshooting problems, determining personnel requirements, setting schedules and ensuring that those under direction have adequate resources to be successful in their role;
Communicate HR inquiry metrics, analytics, and trends with recommendations for improvements in all areas of HR;
Learn HR policies & procedures and navigate the HR website to find answers;
Partner with internal departments to better understand business needs and to raise awareness of opportunities for process improvement;
Lead all aspects of offboarding processing for voluntary terminations and involuntary termination processing
Exercise outstanding judgment and discretion when accessing highly confidential data
8+ years of related Call Center or Shared Services Operations experience
3+ years management experience
Knowledge and Experience of HR case management software/hardware system, to include ServiceNow
Experience advising, counseling and making recommendations to management on a broad range of HR related matters
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
