Would you like the opportunity to apply technical skills and critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve SAP service issues and participate in Enterprise-Wide projects? If so, the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) is looking for an HRS Functional Analyst on the Production Support Team.
The Production Support Team provides Tier 2 support to employees throughout Koch enterprises. Support includes receiving requests from end-users, conducting analysis, and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating to HRITor functional teams to collaborate and resolve issues. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented self-starter and independent thinker with high initiative, strong customer focus and demonstrated technical aptitude.
Open to remote candidates, with preferred locations in Kansas City, Atlanta, Reno, Dallas, Chicago, Green Bay or Wichita.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
Problem resolution of production support issues in various HRIS systems, to include SAP ECC 6.0 and Self-Service applications. Own production issues, anticipate and mitigate risks while escalating issues appropriately and keeping all necessary parties informed
Formulate, recommend and implement solutions, often in a critical timeframe
Project implementation support requiring full project life cycle (requirements, estimates, design, development, testing, and implementation)
Coordination with HR Information Technology teams in analyzing, designing and maintaining various company Human Resources Information Systems; Partner with HRIT for resolution of configuration/coding tickets and follow-up with HRIT resources and customers on existing ticket statuses
Functional test development, execution and documentation; provide timely sign-off to promote to the production environment along with managing customer expectations around these items
Cross-functional collaboration with other internal functional teams (Payroll, H&W, Kronos) to identify/resolve issues or design enhancements
Identify, own and drive process improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and eliminate waste
Create, reference, and maintain Knowledge Articles in knowledge management tool
On-call availability after normal business hours in support of payroll processing or other HR system issues
What You Will Need:
Demonstrated skill and experience as an analyst and/or in a production support environment, with emphasis on requirements gathering and project implementation
2+ years of experience in support and/or configuration of HR Management Systems, including SAP HR
Experience in at least two of the following: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, and Payroll.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
Experience supporting users at all organizational levels and are adept at designing new functionality for customers and stakeholders.
High school diploma or GED equivalent

What Will Put You Ahead?
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
Proven expertise with SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC 6.0; SAP certification a plus
Experience in managing HR related aspects of projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, tax restructures, etc.
Experience with testing, test script development and testing tools
Experience with ServiceNow platform
Infor CloudSuite HCM experience or experience with a Global Human Capital Management (HCM) solution
