HR Compensation Analyst

Egnyte is seeking a Compensation Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience, who is passionate about Global Compensation design and administration, including Pay for Performance, Total Rewards, and data-driven analytics of competitive market benchmarks. Egnyte is focused on building the programs, process, infrastructure, and analytics to ensure global rewards and recognition are positioned competitively and aligned with our internal values. This role will foster trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders to ensure our compensation practices are attracting and retaining top talent.

Data/Systems: Obtains a thorough understanding of our data sources, integrations, and data collection methods. Ensures data integrity, performs calculations, audits, and forecasting in support of compensation programs
Analytics/Reporting: Prepares regular and ad-hoc compensation-related reports/metrics/dashboard – works with the broader team to automate processes and reporting. Analyzes trends in compensation and builds intelligence through reporting. Develops compensation models and conducts statistical analysis. Assists in developing tools to help model, interpret, and analyze internal and external data. Applies expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions
Customer Service: Responds to and assists stakeholders (Managers, HRBPs, Recruiters) with compensation related issues/inquiries within established SLAs. Provides support related to ongoing salary administration, including assisting with the review and execution of individual pay decisions. Act as SME for job leveling by providing expert consulting on compensation industry job matches. Confidentiality is paramount
