Entry Level Healthcare Customer Service
Customer Service Representative – Assisting members and providers through incoming calls answering questions regarding eligibility, enrollment, payments… etc.
Start : ASAP
Schedule: Must be able to work 8hr btw hours of operation, M-F 8am to 7pm, Sa 8am to 5pm (2 days off – set schedule)
Pay: $15.72/hr (non-bilingual) and $16.72/h (bilingual – Spanish)
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Work from home after training
To be considered for interview:
1 year customer service experience – interacting with customers
Job tenure 1 year or longer
High School Diploma or GED
