Head, Ultrasound Q&R Projects

In this role, you will lead strategic Business Group Q&R related programs and activities in target areas crucial to business success.
You are responsible for
Reporting directly to the Head of Q&R BG Ultrasound as a member of the Q&R QLT
Taking on complex, high-level projects as a senior influencer and business partner to optimize our Quality & Regulatory processes and performance.
Drawing your own expertise and demonstrating resources in the Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Supplier Quality, Quality Management System, Quality Assurance & Engineering, and Compliance & Audit capabilities.
As part of your mandate, use your voice and expertise to have a positive impact on our broader Q&R team, our business, and technologies that improve the health, well-being, and care for people around the world.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Broad expertise and 20+ years’ experience in US and International medical device standards and regulations Driving development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Familiarity with the evolving regulatory landscape, e.g. MDSAP, EU MDR
Deep understanding of Ultrasound technology, markets, customers, competitors and develops bold strategies to help Ultrasound excel
Experienced and demonstrated user of Q&R tools and methodologies with the ability to coach and mentor staff to build capability and self-sufficiency.
Leadership presence and strategic perspective to interact effectively with executives and/or major customers.
Expert project management, business partnering and influencing skills to effectively guide senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
