The role of the Global Operations Project Analyst is to support the Global Implementations team with set up and execution of newly onboarding clients and migration clients. This position works closely with First Advantage Operations, Client care and support teams to address client and program concerns and to improve the processes and workflows involved to ensure flawless implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete set up work required to create new PA sites for new PA Clients
Educating and expanding global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients
Provide root cause analysis to system/quality defects or client programs and provide recommendations
Education: Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience:3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.

Strong client facing writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Customer Service Orientation
Good understanding of the Operational process and workflow
Proficient in MS Office
Understanding of quality standards
Attention to detail
Experience in reporting on key metrics
Strong decision-making skills
Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular interruptions, and manage/meet tight deadlines.
