We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Leader to join our team. We’re a dynamic, fast-moving organization.
This role will be focused on developing strategy, executing on plans and managing a team of sales executives.
Own and achieve and/or exceed annual sales targets within assigned Industry (Agriculture)
Manage, develop and ensure success of your direct reports
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets, retain and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collaborate internally to ensure cross functional alignment to support Industry goals.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand and navigate category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
5+ years Sales Management experience for a complex SaaS product
Experience scaling a SaaS Enterprise team
Experience managing, developing and building sales teams in a hybrid setting (in-office and remote)
Proven SaaS sales executive experience, meeting and/or exceeding targets
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the SaaS sales process from plan to close, and adoption to retention to expansion.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in a hybrid setting (in-office and remote)
BA/BS degree or equivalent
