We’re seeking a confident and experienced Customer Service/Helpdesk Specialist to provide a range of technical and general support to our diverse and international customer base.
Reporting to the Product Owner- Platforms, this role will be part of a global customer service team and be tasked with responding to and solving technical and non-technical issues. You’ll use email and online tools to interact with customers and suppliers, as well as undertake app and website testing. You’ll be an effective communicator, a practical problem solver and bring a strong level of computer/technical literacy.
The key ingredients for success in this role are the ability to work autonomously and remotely yet remain a collaborative team player. Due to the global nature of our business, we’re looking for someone to work rostered hours (up to 40 hours per week) which may include evening and weekend work.
