Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to support our product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities, primarily within the Federal space.
We are a mixed remote and in office team, with this role being a fully remote position.
What you’ll be doing
Working hand in hand with our product, engineering, user experience, leadership and government partners to support existing customers and engage prospective customers to utilize our platform.
You will work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform, lightweight technical tasks to configure setup for customers, regular communication to update team members, and other related duties.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes:
Support: Experience working within a customer support environment in a technical role, fielding and responding to technical and non-technical issues.
Team oriented: Experience interacting directly with clients and internal teams while working closely with all parties to solve problems and maintain positive, consistent communication.
Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-through with necessary action items.
Community: Comfortable initiating contact with customers or prospects to share knowledge and understand how we can best help them with the variety of platform offerings we have.
Initiative: Being this is a remote position, it is imperative you are self-motivated, driven to discover what can be done next, and taking action to do it.
Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, user experience, leadership and government partners to create customer success strategies that drive customer happiness, retention, and growth.
Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment and embrace new opportunities.
Technical competency: Experience with modern web technologies; AWS and/or RESTful API experience a plus.
This role is remote. This is a full-time salaried role. Oddball offers a tech and continuing education stipend.
