The CSI Companies are hiring aRemoteCustomer Service ? Software Supportfor one of our Fortune 500 healthcare clients.This is a Remote position, however our first preference for those that live in GA.As one of the most respected healthcare companies, not only do they have a great company culture they offer incentives such as exceptional training, benefits, weekly pay and potential for growth!
Pay: $14-16 an hour depending on experience (excellent benefits, PTO, etc. once permanent in 90 days. Pay could increase as well once permanent in 90 days).
Schedule / Hours: We have shifts available from 7am-11pm M-F as well as 7am-8pm on Saturday and Sundays. We are looking for someone that can work a full time schedule (40 hours a week) that is flexible to work during these hours.
Status: Full Time and Temp to Perm(this position WILL go permanent in 90 days and you will become an FTE employee of one of the most reputable healthcare and technology companies in the world.
We are an advanced technical support group that helps members and other employees when those employees are not technical enough to fit the bill
This person will be receiving questions from employees that will require heavy troubleshooting and are not generalized questions.
We service both members and other support staff (internal and external).
What qualifications do I need to have?
Must have software support experience as this person will be assisting with heavy troubleshooting questions
MUST not be working so please update your resume (we are looking to interview and hire ASAP and we are only interested in those that can start right away).
Must be able to type 65 wpm (will be tested)
Must have good job longevity
Call Center experience in software support (not hardware support), please make sure this is on your resume to ensure an interview
Must already have high speed internet and a quiet room to work in ? uninterrupted and private.
