Customer Service Representative
We are presently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives for our client in Central Long Island. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette and typing skills, as well as a successful place to work from home (WiFi, Router etc). Requirements:

Must be motivated to create a great shopping experience for our customers and to build customer loyalty for future business

Must have sales aptitude and be willing and able to learn

Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to clearly demonstrate that over the phone

Microsoft Office and Computer skills

Electronic, Appliance or Mattress Experience a plus

Computer and internet skills required

Quality communication, writing and grammar skills required

Knowledge of Appliances and Electronics a plus

Spanish speaking a plus
