Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description Summary:
Position is responsible for all contact with our customers (Distributors & Reps) pertaining to but not limited to customer purchase orders including status and changes, pricing on purchase orders, availability of product, shipping information, status of backorders, as well as order entry, researching credits, providing information to other Uponor departments in regard to sales, shipping status, backorders, errors, and customer orders.
Accurately Processes incoming customer purchase orders for customer base – manual and EDI.
Manages all incoming calls and requests for specific customer base in a very positive, customer centric manner.
Processes all research and credit memo requests for customer base.
Provides inside support to Uponor sales group as well as collaboration and assistance within the customer service dept.
Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Two years daily customer interaction in a professional role, either face to face or over the phone.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Experience and knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, specifically Order Management
