Title:Customer Service Representative
Examines, assesses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization. Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures. Records employee enrollment in benefits. Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents. Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk. This is a paraprofessional job and excludes jobs whose responsibilities typically require afour-year college degree.
Skills and Qualifications
2 years of Customer Service Experience needed. Does not have to have call center experience, but the candidates with call center experience is preferred and they will get preference.
Must be available to work from 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday. Shift is assigned after training
Entry level inbound call center rep. High volume inbound calls, expected to take 50-70 calls per day.
Work from Home. Will be required to come into the Louisville office twice, once to pick up equipment and once to drop off equipment. Must have wifi access
