Description

One of our largest clients is in need of Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Arabic Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representative will have duties to include answering a high volume of inbound calls daily to assist callers. In addition there are responsibilities to update profiles, review accounts and answer general questions.This is a 100% remote position.

The Customer Service Representatives must be bilingual in either Spanish or Arabic, possess strong people skills, display patience and empathy on every call as well as have effective technology skills. This is a great position for anyone who is passionate about helping others and has the charisma to instantly connect with people. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will work as part of a team of professionals that talk with and listen to callers to assist them with their needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Respond promptly to inbound calls.

Input/Document accurate data from the call.

Resolve problems by clarifying issues and providing answers

Provide exceptional customer service

The Customer Service Representative must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to be fluent in both English and Spanish or English and Arabic to be able to assist our client base.

1+ years of recent customer service experience is required.
