As a Customer Service Administrator at Honeyfund, you will be answering e-mail, chat and phone questions from customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner. We are looking for someone who can think like a customer — and help them succeed in setting up or giving to a Honeyfund or Plumfund. This is the most important job in our company!
Answer inbound customer service contacts by responding via email chat or telephone. (60%)
Take inbound phone calls from customers. (30%)
Manage e-mail inboxes by following up and resolving old issues. (10%)

We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment where meeting customer needs is top priority. You should be able to work independently with little supervision and have obsessive attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will work from home, with moderate supervision 5 days/35 hours per week. This position is part time and weekends are a must. The ideal candidate will exhibit:
Proficiency in problem solving with analytical abilities
Ability to work independently
Detail-oriented and takes pride in her/his work
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful relationships within a team and with our customers
Skills we’d love you to have…
Optimal candidates will have a minimum of two years Customer Service experience. Candidates must have the following technical skills; strong typing abilities, optimal computer skills, enhanced written and oral communication skills, experience with Google Voice, Gmail, Intercom, Trello, Slack, Jira and Mural a plus
