Customer Care Rep Pricing & Tender (m/w/d)
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Independent processing and coordination of tenders, offers and framework agreements
Advising and supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies
Responding to price inquiries and creating price lists
Helping to shape optimization opportunities in one’s own day-to-day business
Collaboration on projects in the field of price, award and bid management
Auditing & Account Clarification
Solution-oriented complaint management and credit note processing in cooperation with the Finance and Customer Excellence departments
Price and data maintenance as well as price reporting and analysis in SAP
YOUR SKILLS PROFILE
Successfully completed commercial training and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service or price management; Ideally, initial experience in processing tenders
Ability to work in a team, social skills, initiative, commitment and customer orientation
Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, high degree of self-organization, structured way of working
Ability to manage projects on your own while meeting tight deadlines
Communication and negotiation skills
Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word
Experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP R3/SD or S4/HANA
Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally SalesForce/ServiceCloud
Good written and spoken English skills
