WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide first line systems support.
Document all customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor and follow up with customers daily on open logs to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain current working knowledge of systems supported.
Must include current resume for consideration.
Professional experience with medical insurance preferred.
