About Our Opportunity
As a Compensation Analyst at Valenz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our compensation strategies. You will analyze, evaluate, and refine Valenz’s compensation programs, ensuring they are not only competitive and equitable but also strategically aligned with our overarching business objectives.
Things Youll Do Here:
Conduct regular market research to understand current compensation trends and practices, ensuring the company’s pay scales are competitive and equitable.
Analyze compensation data and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation plans.
Develop, implement, and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and incentive programs. Regularly review and revise these structures as needed based on market conditions and company objectives.
Collaborate with HR Team to ensure compensation programs support talent acquisition and retention efforts.
Prepare reports on compensation trends and present findings/recommendations to senior management to aid in decision-making.
Ensure that our compensation and benefits practices comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Participate and/or conduct in salary surveys and other data collection activities.
Provide back-up to other HR team members as required.

Requirements
What Youll Bring to the Team:
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis role.
A strong foundation in compensation principles.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
Knack for detail and accuracy.
A plus if you have:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related.
