ProgenyHealth is a leading provider of care management solutions for maternal and infant populations. We partner with health plans and their obstetric, perinatal, and neonatal providers to work collaboratively in developing a plan of care specific to the needs of each member/family from prenatal care to delivery to admission to the intensive care nursery until they are safely transitioned from the hospital, up to the first year of an infant’s life. Our program promotes appropriate utilization, improves access, educates members and their families, addresses social determinants of health, reduces costs, and improves outcomes.
The Client Success Manager is a critical role for ProgenyHealth in supporting the ongoing, operational management of a specific client portfolio. This position will be responsible for the tactical execution and success of their assigned clients. The incumbent will report to the Director, Client Success, to understand the client’s strategic initiatives, manage all client operation requests and issues; fields all client problems and coordinates internal resources to resolve them.
Oversees all core client engagement activities including:
Meeting schedule coordination
In some cases, direct meeting facilitation
Drafting notes and action items for ultimate distribution
Triage, review and organize client specific change requests
Serves as first point of client contact: Develops close working relationships with the daily client contacts
SME on all operational aspects of the client (systems, market nuances, PGs, etc)
Has working understanding of services we deliver, our value proposition, and can communicate this clearly to our clients.
Supports development and drafting of client facing presentations (Operational, business and Annual reviews)
Overall execution and quality oversite of all client specific reporting
Escalates issues within the client organization where appropriate.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in client success, sales operations, account management or similar function, preferable with health plan clients.
Proven track record of client engagement support
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be adept at Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at a minimum.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Positive reputation and credibility among peers as a professional expert in building and maintaining executive client relationships.
Proven track record of solving tough and complex problems; strong consensus builder.
Must have strong presentation skills and work collaboratively in a team setting.
