If you are a talented and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, David Aplin Group has the right opportunity for you! Our Montral based client is looking for aRemoteBilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Edmonton team.
Benefits & Perks:
Compensation: $45,000/year
Health benefits start after 3 months
2 weeks’ vacation
5 personal days
The bonus structure for this role is paid out quarterly and is up to $350 performance-based
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with questions concerning account status and financing options
Processing of customer payments
Basic product troubleshooting and administrate support
Conduct outbound calling to close new business
Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English
Superior customer service
Detail orientated
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
The shift will be 9:00 AM -6:00 PM/10 AM -7 PM, with one-two Saturday shift required per month
