Accounts Payable Specialist
United States (Remote)
What You’ll Do:
The Billtrust Accounts Payable primary responsibility will be to handle company spend through requisition to pay process, expense reimbursement, maintain vendor relations, and act as integral team player during month-end accounting responsibilities .
Processing invoices through an automated AP system, Coupa preferred
Organizing vendor accounts and maintain positive vendor relationships
Implement technologies and process automations, including Accounts Payable processes, expense reimbursement management.
Creating and reviewing PO’s and requisition processes
Working with other departments on company spend and proper flow to ERP system
Quickly identify and resolve vendor discrepancies
Month-end expenditure accruals as well as AP analysis
Month-end expenditure reconciliations
Efficiently process vendor invoices and maintain systems
Processing AP disbursements according to policy
Assist with other Accounting functions, as requested or needed
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
The ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Associate’s degree with 2+ yrs. of relative experience
Experience with Coupa Automated AP System
Experience in keeping track of corporate spending
Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Applications; Excel, Word
Strong communication skills
Ability to be adaptable to working in a rapid changing and growing company
SALARY RANGE BELOW FOR COLORADO BASED APPLICANTS ONLY
Target Base Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 (bonus and equity offered in addition to base compensation)
