About the BOOST Team
The Boost program empowers in-home daycare owners with technology tools and resources to optimize their business. We are dedicated to supporting childcare providers in achieving their goals and enhancing their operations.
The role of the Enrollment Specialist
The Enrollment Specialist is a key player on our program team, responsible for recruiting and registering new in-home daycare providers across multiple cities to our Boost program. The ideal candidate is passionate about showcasing value and engaging with potential participants to join the program.
In this role, you will:
Proactively reach out to potential in-home daycare providers across multiple cities using several outreach methods to introduce them to the Boost program.
Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the Boost program to prospective participants.
Manage the enrollment process from initial contact through registration, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Track and report on enrollment metrics and progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the program team to develop and implement strategies for increasing enrollment and engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve the recruitment process.
Travel as needed to ensure recruitment
You’ll excel at this role if you have:
Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential participants.
Relentless and resilient attitude towards rejection, with a growth mindset and the ability to bounce back quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
Bilingual: English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese

Experience in the childcare, education, or sales industry.
Familiarity with technology tools and resources for business optimization.
